What you give us. When you use a form on this site to ask about space, book a tour or contact us, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write in the message.

What is collected automatically. We use analytics that set no cookies and do not follow you to other websites. What we see is aggregate — which pages were viewed, which site sent you here, roughly what region you were in, and what kind of device you used. We cannot identify you from it.

Spam protection. Our forms use a bot-detection service that receives your IP address and basic browser signals so it can tell people from automated submissions.

This site does not offer text messaging and does not collect phone numbers for that purpose.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or government identification numbers through this website, and we ask you not to send them to us through a form. Call us instead if you think that we may have some need for this information; again, our number is (303) 623-0200.

Neon stores the inquiry you submit — your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your message — in our database, so that we have a record of it and can answer you.

Resend delivers the contents of a form you submit to us by email.

Microsoft 365 carries our business email, including any correspondence with you, and we use it to store our company’s data on SharePoint.

An inquiry about space at this property is passed to Antonoff & Co. as the leasing agent, so that a broker can answer it.

An inquiry about the building itself — operations, maintenance, or an existing tenancy — is passed to Colorado Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC as the property management company, so that a property manager can respond to you.

We cannot be responsible for recovering or deleting information after it is routed to the leasing agent or the property management company. We only make such disclosures as necessary to facilitate providing you with a response.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone for their own marketing purposes.

If this business is sold, merged, or reorganized, the records we hold would transfer to the buyer or successor as part of the business. That is a transfer of the business, not a sale of your data, and the successor would be bound by this policy as it stood when the information was collected, until you are told otherwise.

We reserve the right to retain or delete data upon the natural expiration of our statutory retention requirements. An inquiry you submit through this site is held in two places: our database and our email system. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it from both. For deletion requests, please be sure to submit a written request to info@antonoff.com with the subject line “Deletion Request”.

Aggregate analytics data sits with our analytics provider and is not linked to you.

The Colorado Privacy Act gives Colorado consumers the right to see the personal data a company holds about them, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising.

If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you are still unsatisfied, you can contact the Colorado Attorney General.
